Applications
Orenco Systems Incorporated manufactured carbon filters are used to reduce the odor of sewer gases. Containing impregnated activated carbon, the UV resistant PVC housing slips onto standard Schedule 40-size pipe. Carbon recharge packages and adapter bushings are available.

Carbon Filtering Process
Odorous gases venting from septic systems occasionally settle in living areas such as yards, playgrounds and other common public areas. When our carbon filter is placed on the septic venting system, the activated carbon adsorbs the gases before they escape.
